By using On-Air Content, you agree to the following terms:
1. Access & Licensing
1.1 Your subscription grants access to you, and you only, or to users specifically listed on your group membership plan. It does not grant access to your entire station unless each user is part of an active group plan.
1.2 Each prep sheet is embedded with your sign-up email and can be traced if forwarded.
1.3 Any station or individual found distributing the service to others without a valid license will be invoiced £200 plus the monthly subscription fee for each unlicensed user.
2. Free Trial Policy
2.1 The 30-day free trial applies to one subscription only (weekday or weekend). If you sign up to both, you may be charged immediately for the second.
2.2 Each customer may only redeem one free trial. Signing up with different email addresses but using the same payment details, name, address, or contact info may result in accounts being merged and charged accordingly.
2.3 Abuse of the free trial system may result in legal action.
3. Billing & Payments
3.1 All payments are processed via our billing platform and renewed automatically unless cancelled.
3.2 Failed payments will be retried four times within a 30-day period.
3.3 If payment remains unsuccessful after one month, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be manually invoiced for the unpaid month, plus a £40 administration fee.
4. Cancellations
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the “Unsubscribe” link in your prep email or by logging into your account here: Manage Subscription
4.2 Cancellations take effect immediately—you will not be billed again, but access will also stop right away.
5. Delivery
5.1 Prep is sent between 9 PM and 5 AM UK time, based on the news cycle.
5.2 Weekend prep is sent once on Friday night, covering the full weekend.

5.4 We are not responsible for issues caused by spam filters, inbox settings, or third-party email platforms.
6. Missed Editions & Refunds
6.1 In rare cases of illness, public holidays, or unforeseen events, we may skip one or more editions.
6.2 We will always attempt to provide notice in advance.
6.3 Refunds may be issued at our discretion if more than 3 consecutive prep editions are missed.
7. Content Usage
7.1 We do not own the news content referenced in the prep. All news items remain the property of the original publishers.
7.2 The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy or legal clearance for broadcast. You are responsible for any edits or verification before using content on-air.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your subscription.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
