Can I cancel during the trial?2025-03-25T12:49:46+00:00

Yes – cancel before your trial ends to avoid charges.

How do I sign up?2025-03-25T12:56:46+00:00

You can sign up right from our homepage. After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email and access to download the latest service and your first prep via email within 24 hours (depending on the time of day and the service).

When is the prep sent?2025-03-25T12:57:24+00:00

Between 9pm and 5am GMT time. Weekend prep is sent on Friday night.

It’ll arrive by email each day, and you can always download it here: Downloads

Didn’t receive the prep today?2025-03-25T12:59:26+00:00

Check your spam folder as the service sometimes ends up there. Still missing? Log into your account here on the website and download the latest edition from your downloads section.

How do I log into my account?2025-03-25T13:00:05+00:00

You can log in via the login section HERE.

Can I download past editions?2025-03-25T13:01:02+00:00

Only the current edition for each day of the week is available, meaning the service sent on Monday will be accessible until the next Monday.

Can I share my prep with other staff at my station?2025-03-25T13:01:48+00:00

Only if you’re on a group plan. Each individual needs to be listed on a valid group membership or your membership will be invalidated due to our terms & conditions.

What does “Group Manager is not a member” mean?2025-03-25T13:04:17+00:00

This means the group manager does not have access to the prep unless they are counted as one of the members on the plan. For example, a group plan with 3 seats can either include the group manager as one of those 3 users, or the group manager can simply manage the billing and account without receiving the prep themselves.

How do I manage my group or add/remove users?2025-03-25T13:05:08+00:00

Assuming you are the group manager, you can manage all aspects of your group subscription HERE.

Do I have to read it word-for-word on-air?2025-03-25T13:05:39+00:00

Not at all! The best hosts use it as a launching point and add their own voice.

What are Speed Headlines?2025-03-25T13:07:00+00:00

They’re short, punchy summaries of the top stories – great for when you’re short on time.

What kind of stories are included?2025-03-25T13:07:29+00:00

Trending pop culture, viral moments, music news, celeb drama, national days, entertainment gossip, and more.

Can I use the service if I’m on community radio?2025-03-25T13:19:58+00:00

Absolutely. The prep is designed to save time for hosts at every level.

Do I need to credit you on-air when I use the service?2025-03-25T13:28:19+00:00

Nope! No attribution required – just use the prep however suits you best.

Do you offer discounts for community or hospital radio stations?2025-03-25T13:29:18+00:00

We do not currently offer discounts for community or hospital stations. We feel our pricing point is accessible for all levels of broadcasting.

How long is each prep service?2025-03-25T13:30:42+00:00

Each prep edition is around 25-30 pages, structured for fast scanning. Speed Headlines come first, followed by full write-ups of trending stories, national days, celeb birthdays, and more.
